New House New Cast

After a hellish week it is nice to sit and relax awhile. We have just looked at the house we would like to buy and we still like it. Not that we are getting too carried away now, you know what happened last time. Missed out, dreams dashed, hopes heaved and spirits low. This time we have taken our zen pills and approached the purchase of our dream home with the sanguine demeanor of the Dali Lama. Maybe I will post a picture up. Maybe not; that's getting in front of myself.

Liam has had to go back into hospital this week and have his arm reset the poor bugger. Another six weeks with the cast but he seems to take it all in his stride. He is amazingly accepting of his situation. We are all getting something from his stoic acceptance of his fate. He is a very brave young man and I have a huge amount of admiration for he way is handling things.

The Chook and myself are just about done in though. So it's back to report writing where even the raking of the oak leaves out back looks like a welcome diversion.

Sovereign Hill

The O'Flynns went to Sovereign Hill and survived the cold and a Chinese meal and had a terrific time. Here we are in the main street after having a terrific lunch. Yum o.

Looking Forward To Lunch

After a spectacular array of goodies served up for morning tea, we look forward to a veritable feast at lunch. It looks like a beautiful day outside and I'm going to make the most of this after the feast and catch a few rays. By the way, this is a photo of my son Liam taken at Lake Mountain a couple of weeks ago. Isn't he cute!
